The modern modular technology of construction of conveyors Genestho includes:

— wide standardization of components and structural elements by creating of base units (base units length is 2400 mm);

— block principle of the arrangement of drive and tension stations;

— adjustable speed of tape and application of engines with frequency regulation;

— transition to full automation with conveyor management system of the Genestho Electro for increased reliability and simplification of maintenance in difficult conditions of exploitation;

— decrease of weight and dimensions conveyors by fundamentally new, lighter designs units and using HDPE rollers of Genestho;

— the exclusion of cargo loss, isolation from ambient dust, hot, chemically aggressive loads and the like.

Our belt conveyor systems may have different lengths to provide transportation without reloading. To increase the traction effort are used special tapes with increased frictional properties, as well the tapes with covers, which exclude any sticking of particles of transported cargoes. In the basic set of our conveyors included system cleaning of the tape.
